I find it amazing this US Hedge Fund short seller was accused of fraud by the SEC and the market still gives way too much credibility to those short sellers who create crazy market conditions on which these short attacks are built on. At least, it's nice to see the securities regulators take swift actions to get these shorting hedge funds know they aren't going un-noticed! Have they ever
