if there was a ridiculous offer, there would be no committee...I suspect there are some very serious discussions that were taking place and they were varied and numerous and serious enough to warrant special consideration. So, all those trying to dismiss this a noise or a means to squeeze the shorts..etc...sleep tight! :)
