Other houses are doing the same.
It is used to smother uptrends by shorts.

It is illigal too..

Just keep buying at these levels until the shorts get out..

CIBC is by far the largest net buyer in the last 2 days - they have had to get back into over 440,000 shares which is 4 times the next closest accumulator.
