As mentioned recently on this board, Blackrock has not denied the news which they would immediately do if untrue. Silence actually is a loud affirmation of takeover discussions. The fact that the strategic committee has been together for 2 weeks says they are likely well along in the process. Likely needed the audited results before closure and they should be available now or in next couple days ...more

Blackstone is the source of the leak according to Reuter. Concordia did not mention any potential deals until the new release yesterday

I realise that Sunshine. I was only referring to the statement I posted. Anyway we got a 40 cent pop in the last 5 minutes. All is good.
