Different spin on the buyout.
Cxr is in talks to sell but the buyer cannot pay 70-75 usd, which is the minimum MT will accept. So Cxr MT goes silent diring many negative factors like the sector tanking, vxr issues, March earning not the greatest, reports of accounting issues etc.....All these factors drop the share price to super low levels, fear sets in where this buyer has the luxury to accumulate shares in the $25usd. If they can pick up around 10% or so at these low prices and buy the rest at 70usd that drops their average price to the low sixties or high fifties. Unless they pick up more shares under different accounts/ funds then the average price is low fifties which is a steal. There has been manipulation in Cxr from both long and short side, it's starting to look to me like the longs baited the shorts to do the dirty work for them. This is going to happen

You got that right. Goldman did the $65 US financing. Blackstones melded price might be less than $50 US once their open market purchases are included. This will be very easy money..

IMO because Blackstone is in the business of making money. It's all a short squeeze ruse. Also Rock, you are the biggest pump and dump multi alias con artist on SH. Why do you use so many?

I said yesterday. MT paid 13x EBITDA 6 months ago and now sells it for 10x would be too big of a failure for him and institutional buyers. The company is in great finacial shape. Interest coverage is over 2x. No debt due in the next several years. Why would you sell at basement price? Some investors want a quick buck but I am not sure if the big boys will take a low-ball deal like that.
