This stock ia way to attractive not to be taken out. Smart move by management engaging others to get a better price for us shareholders.

I agree it will be taken out by private equity, just not at the price some of these people on this board wish. The problem is the 90 day clock public companies have to report. I think this company will do well over the long term but there will be bumps on the quarters and the shorts are and will keep the SP down.
