why blackrock, and others, are considering cxr....

for example, blackrock trading at an 18x multiple; cxr trading at a deep discount, somewhere between 3x and 4x; take out any cxr no longer needed administrative fat plus merger synergies and cxr multiple decreases even further; basically, a cash cow for blackrock, or other suitors; looks like the $45US talked about on this board or approximately $60CDN is would still be a steal for any acquiring company; i hope you fcking shorters take it up the a$$; what a bunch of low-life excuses for human beings you all are.

You also have to figure that they will restructure the debt at much lower rate or just pay it outright adding substantially to the bottom line. Cxr has only one big elephant in the room, big debt, and someone like Blackrock with lots of cash on hand will next to eliminate the interst payment.

I believe they can be bought out at a premium from todays price but how much is the question. The problem is the huge debt and the fact they overpaid dramatically for their last purchases. Legacy pharma assets can be bought for 5-6 times ebitda in todays market from larger companies disposing of them. The infrasture of the company is certainly worth something but it hasn't been thrown together ...more

People just remember why you bought this stock, you listened , you did your research  and even the experts call it a great company. I am telling you when the dust clears and even VRX is turning up face , the profits and cash flow is the sell , not an issue! Concodia is a great stock hang in there!

Good one bullman. Like I said before and others to, bashers are bashing good stock, where they can make money ... Hold your shares if can handle the actual decrease...

A stupid Question. How can someone short stock in Canada. I use TD and only trade in $ Cad. Cheers.

Yes but i never left. My bailout was at 36. Sorry guys. Went heavy into NHC waiting for the pop on Wednesday. Debating if i should try to recover my 27% loss in CXR prior to ER on Friday Wondering if safer to head back to gold as market looks its going sideways for the summer. I feel oil will also tank back to 30s. Hmmmmm CXR at high 20s looks tempting. I still believe in CXR but no logic to ...more
