I saw companies being delisted for fraud weeks after the board were preaching the amazingness of their CEO, how their CEO thought only of his employees and shared all of his money with everyone and how of a good person he was. Well yeah if you're a CEO and you're going to commit fraud you won't talk about numbers that will be totally proven false a few weeks later by official quarterly results. These are just mistakes.
