Yes, but also remember that by the time Q1 earnings is announced next week, we will already be 1/2 way through Q2. For every day that goes by there will be more guessing, more theories, more speculation, but more importantly: more cash in cxr's bank account and less Debt/Equity.

Guys I'm the biggest bull on Cxr with a bit over 50000 shares, but let's not be delusional thinking that the market is totally missing what Cxr value is.
