Rather sell to Allergan than Blackrock
We could get mix of Allergan stock and some cash. Even with Allergan's $10 B buyback they could still pick us up for $2.5 million cash and buyout our AMCO debt for $4 Billion total cost.

I doubt that Allergan would have any interest as they are selling their generic portfolio for 40B to the worlds largest generic company TEVA. makes more sense to take it private by someone that needs to generate lots of cash. This way you avoid all the scrutiny and the shenanigans we're seeing.
