there is not really much for the shorts to grab hold of with cxr... guilt by association and debt are their two best  tools and the debt is being serviced and guidance says it will continue to be serviced even while the company is growing organically thru an international distribution channel.

Realistically, the only reason to be short now is if you are planning on buying  and taking it private. You want the cheapest price possible and will cover shorts with your purchase. JFF7
