blackstone was said to be considering a buyout of concordia as recent as last month as far as the articles ive seen say....

looking at https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/cxrx/institutional-holdings.........i dont seem to see blackstone holding any shares whatsoever at the moment....

why or how does a pottentially interested party have zero shares but is considering a full on buyout?

NORTHERNCAPITAL....so are you saying they have no shot at a buyout?.... the company came out and said they are looking at possible suitors....why would they say that if its not true... its clear that they need to be sold, i agree with that.....but who mentioned blackstone , and how did that even get into the world wide web? if they are a laughing styock how did they run up 40% in the last two
