Monday
Monday's announcement might give Cxr an advantage since only US is open where most of the short interest is at. It might trade at higher than the announced priced due to a rush to cover. Just a theory

Tell me something. Considering CXR is diversified outside of the US, how will new US regulations affect cashflow so much that it will go from 92M to 50M? Please tell me what drugs and amounts will be affected.

40% US and I said, "gov'ts around the world and US". I am just considering the WORST CASE scenerio. Looking at the stock price, it is also being priced with this scenerio.

I'm open to any scenario but what drug prices did they raise to inflate cashflow? There's enough random and false information on this forum, I hope you've got some specific information to back your claims up.

Once again, I am a bull but a realistic bull. THERE WILL NOT BE a BUYOUT. That is my prediction. Reasoning (as I hae been saying since April 29): CXR is worth $80-$90US NOW!!! and no one will offer that price, especially witht the stock at $30US. They will offer MAX $45-$50 and MT will say NO. That is MY OPINION.

nobody here would accept a 45 dollart offer anyhow,,,,so if thats the offer and MT allready knew it , why wouldnt he hve leaked a bo rumour last week and try to get the price up?\ look any offer might come in for us and we may not like what we see...but the fact is that 45$ would be a slap in thye face and if i were MT, i wouldnt even entertain an offer like that

Forget the talk about US$45. Everyone knows the true value is much higher including PE interests. They do not need to lowball to satisfy their needs. At US$65, they achieve 10% returnper annum if they do guidance and higher with growth. They can put back on market in 2-3 years for much higher than they paid. CXR is not a distressed company.

Druggy - u couldn't read a statement of changes in financial position if it was handed to u with a f@cking set of instructions. And BTW, pretty standard for growing companies to suck up working capital: though u would need to know what working capital is in a set of financials to even understand what I told u

Sorry Puma but I disagree. All you guys think is the +(positve of a stock. There are always 2 sides to consider. If the + are very strong and - are weak, then you hae a highflying stock. In CXR, Ithink it is obvious in the stock price that the - are to worry about just a little bit.

curious, this and many other recent posts sums up my feelings exactly. CXR is very attractive to PE and is likely in the best interest of the company at this time. Any negotiations are very complex. Fair value IMO is US$65 based on CF and growth.
