There will be no earthquake today but tremors are increasing in intensity. Weekend is almost here again already. See you all here next week for, as they say, the rest of the story!

Good afternoon boys and girls. Pls read the thread for context. According to some seismologist's the anticipated earthquake is now imminent. Some may wish to leave the area! BX has been talks over the last 10 days or so to sell more than 1.5 Billions worth of assets (mostly real estate). Perhaps just a coincidence but this could serve to fund the takeover of CXR.
