What is Valeant doing that CXR is not?
Ok, I have been folowing both for a long time. What is Valeant doing that CXR is not????
Valeant manages to keep in the news no matter what. Good or bad news. CXR sits back
the majority of the time and is silent. Is silence golden? Well, I say not. Silence seems to leave them forgotten.
It seems to work the same in Hollywood, politics and so on. Keep in the news no matter what and you are not forgotten. Valeant just seems to keep crawling back up. CXR is treading water because it is silence. If you don't speak you won't get picked up by the speed boat going by. Valeant gets picked up. Time for management to keep everyone informed no matter how little the news it. That is the secret. Getting frustrated with CXR as this is a great company but they are not keeping in the news and we are getting forgotten.

Personally I don't think CXR needs to play PR games ... Just run the company with integrity and do what you say you are going to do....... Slow and steady.... KKR came on board in the last 3 months..... Dont understimate the significance of them bieng a large shareholder. Patience people!! Happy Memorial day to all the Yanks

We are up 42% in 10 days. BRAVO! CXR is doing wonders. Another 10 days and 30-40% takes us up to $55-60. Prime SP to start discussing BO options at $65-75USD. VRX will be back to 52 week low in 4-5 days. GLTA!

Based on cash flow generation, CXR should be trading at 10-11x ebitda. That gets you $55 to $65 U.S. Valeant valuation is very depressed as their maybe many lawsuits and fines among other things.

VRX SP back down. Focus on CXR. Cheers.

As a percent of active float, CXR has a greater short interest than VRX. When they start to cover (which I think has been happening since 1Q financials), there is buying pressure both from the shorts plus those waiting to see the financials. It will take a long while for those shorts to cover so IMO this run has legs, buy out aside.

Excellent point!!! Cinven's shares are very unlikely to be lent out.
