Assuming no deal we traded 10% down
If the market took out the takeout premium today and the SP ended only down 10%, I would say we had a great day. I keep saying look at the volume, and today's was the biggest ever. It's very near, management response to the day says it all. They did not need to justify anything, confirm or deny who is involved in the talks, tell us if blackstone is out or in, tell us that Cxr is a good company or anything else. Simply put they told us that this is happening and it will be swift.

just think roller007...if the company gets out their release that negotiaions were still ongoing before the article comes out about blackstone walking...we would have seen mid 50$s today.... bad job by management letting shorts cover///...they probably covered all their shares

Confused. Would shorts have started to cover as SP was increasing after 1130am? Went up 11%. Regardless tough battle moving forward. Sell at 50usd and move on.

Regardless: short can only cover when someone sells. Don't sell if you are long and a true shareholder of Cxr.

Regardless: Cxr has an obligation to its shareholder, not day traders or shorters. No need to confirm reports or deny them, as a shareholder you should only concern yourself with the news releases coming from Cxr. If you are long then you watch the show until the final curtain drops and that action will be conducted by management.

Oscar: yes I've been saying it has and will still say it is. I have lots of trash cans if you want me to send you one then just say so. If you are wondering why I have so many trash cans? Well off course it's for all the money I'm going to make on Cxr. See you at the end of the tunnel.

ok select, you have been riding the dump MT horse for quite a while now. CXR does not need to answer to rumours and it would be inappropriate to comment on negotiations. The supposed leaks are immaterial to operations and the sp is open to manipulation by THEM. Remember, the largest non-institutional shareholder is MT himself.

If/when MT gets ousted as CEO will he dump all of his shares on the market or will he go down with the ship?
