So deadline was Tuesday

now all the bids are in how long will it take to say yes or no to whatever they were offered? This can't be going for months like yoyo volatility we have.. You will never have solid investor coming here.. just accept or reject whatever you have on table and move on.. Let shareholders know what was offered though that might put bottom on stock price, a lot higher than here for sure..poor mgmt execution today.. shorts got lucky indeed. But I am sure they covered before noon after spike. another 14K cover or buy after hours.. CB

Assuming Greenhill have been engaged as disclosed by CRX, it is safe to say that they are controlling the agenda and that would include the information releases. One reason u hire them is to hand controll and thus reduce the risk of ambulance lawyers suing after the process ends. It was not mgmt that issued this release or the prior response the Blackstone imo.

Lots of noise out there at the moment so will try not to add to it but great point Puma, exactly what I was thinking when the noise broke.  With all the discussion about who initiated the buyout rumour the first time around I believe we can all agree where it came from now.  One common denominator with leaks.  A finger in MT's eye on the way out the door and a grand opportunity ...more

Lattice: I fail to see the crisis that MT needs to use a hotline for.  The only crisis is the one looming for the shorts.  Anyway time will tell

LETTUCE, your low hanging fruit again. I can't resist------------They were hired for the one task of phoning shareholders, but u don't own shares, so it makes sense u haven't f#cking clue as usual.

valid points but the problem is that stock moved on "leaks" twice past two months.. Somebody is not doing their job properly.. I think that's a concern, at least for me.. I bought after ER and disappointed how mgmt handled today's volatility.. Serious investor funds don't touch companies with BO rumours.. Uncertainty kills a lot of things and can kill the stock too.. As of ...more

CB:   Management can't comment on all reports and rumours regarding their business.  They are not going to hold your hand through the volatility and manipulations.  That's not their job.  Execution and delivering results is their job and in the case of a buyout then their job is remain absolutely totally muzzled until the deal is totally finalized.  When it ...more

roller if your market cap swings 30% in a day then there is a problem. Company should issue pr not only when stock is down but also up on rumours like today.. what does protecting shareholders value mean to you? Just close this strategic reviews and move on.. CB
