From Bloomberg News

"Concordia Healthcare Corp.’s sale process hit a snag after Blackstone Group and Carlyle Group opted not to pursue a takeover for the Canadian drug maker, according to people familiar with the matter.

The lack of interest from the big private equity firms casts doubt on whether the beleaguered company will find a buyer, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the information is private."

The short position has increased since the buyout rumors spiked the shareprice the first time so all this talk of burning the shorts and shorts covering at this level seems like nonsense as most of the ...more

Craig: like a fund that's shorting Cxr will tell Amber that yes they do believe that the buyout is near. Come on.  Amber is a rookie. Watch Katherine Murray comment and ask questions re Cxr in the last month. She is an experienced trader and she s on to the whole manipulations.  I bet you she has a position in Cxr.
