I don't think its being managed. I thought a buyout possibility was enough to support the price but apparently not. Theres too much volume for this to be sheep dumping. We have to remember that if Cinven was pitching hedge funds on how they were exploiting this loophole in the UK, the people who bought into this idea now know this about to close.
