I am 75% sure, their is no Buyout. I am also 50% sure, that Marc Cohodes is right. Reasoning, THE REACTION TO THE STOCK PRICE. I have never seen a stock go from $15CAN to $65USD on a buyout. So if this drops, don't expect anything.

The Zacks article had nothing substantive in it: The news was reported by The Wall Street Journal on Monday, citing a person acquainted with the matter. Just mention of an article that we already know about, and still no source identified. But I clicked on it too, so Zacks gets whatever my futile click earned them.
