Agree there will be no buyout announcement before the Brexit because they cannot fix a price due to the potential impact on the Pound and Euro (it might even be positive for one or the other).  However, there could be an announcement that there there will be NO buyout before the Brexit if there are no offers left on the table.

Euro goes lower Pound goes higher after brexit. If Yellen doesn't raise rates pound gains more momentum .. CB
