Cb: I will let you in on a secret.  It's Cxr that leaked out to Amber the takeout price range and it's obviously a bit under the actual price, this way it looks kosher and Cxr comes across as heroes for getting a higher price.  That's why I'm projecting $62 takeout.  Amber said that her sources for the 55-58 range were solid.  That can get only mean directly

I still believe it will be an investment consortium that includes some or all the institutional shareholders and possibly insiders. That was they can operate without the damaging short interest and focus on growth as they should. Deals need to have a win/win feel for the stakeholders for it to happen. Only one losing is whoever is short at the time.

Auction closed over 1 week ago now. If there was no strong interest on either the purchaser or seller's part, it is immediately known and could be disclosed as unsuccessful. It has not which gives credibility to the buy out rumour and at a price that all parties agree on. Hammering final purchase agreements out now? Regardless, whether they like it or not, they are losing HUGE money now. Sale or no sale. Regardless: they leaked incorrect Info that gives the market an idea of the situation since they cannot hold a news conference to announce such updates to the deal.  Come on man, did they get to you too.
