Vrx outperforming Cxr for the forth day in a row.

I don't know how they can keep Cxr listed.  Management Lost any kind of control of the SP.  has to sell.

agreed. Not just us but the major shareholders want this to come to an end. Do you think we will ever know who the big short players are?

Not sure I agree Cinven will start dumping. There is no motive for them. If anything, they'll seek a third party to buyout their position for a discount. Given the restrictions on Cinven for sale of its shares to certain investors, they would find it more challenging to get rid of the shares. Cinven's best hope is for a BO. In lieu of that, I think they'll hold for long-term until ...more

They have to register those shares to be unrestricted,so we will know in advance.. They are not registered yet.. MT is forced for strategic alternatives and the longer this takes with low share price the more pressure on him. If they refuse $58CDN which 100% from today, he should be out the door if offer is not presented to shareholders.. What a mess.. CB

Reputational risk has already been damaged. Concordia is the current owner... Cinven was the previous owner. All price increases being referenced.. or at least a majority of them... are when Cinven ran the show. Whether they sell their shares or not, it wouldn't save them from the damage. The only thing it wold do is force them to realize on their lossess which I don't think they're ...more

You honestly believe that Cinven is going to sell their stock at sub 30 or sub 40 or sub 50 or sub sixty etc etc because they believe that the companies that they helped put together is now heading for bankrupcy ha ha ha ha lattice you dissapoint me with your vision at times but only at times as I also get blurried eyes once in a while tooo and get very dissapointed in myself  Cheers

Sunshine:  today is the eighth straight trading day with SP decline.  Stocks don't act like this unless someone has insider info that the deal is not going through. I have to be honest and say that it's  starting to look like they are trying to lowball Cxr and MT is going to walk away,  the SP behaviour is horrible for too long now, even the appolo leak failed to halt ...more

I thought the deal was already signed??

"negotiations are super tight lipped with very few in the loop." ... Now that the auction is over, there are very few players at the table and leaks are less likely. Remember, the last leak was only one week ago that an offer of $50-58cdn was on the table.

actually one up day in the 8  - in context, the IBB has been up for only it's second day now in 8 days as well. i think the silence also suggests that none of the leaks were from the company  or Greenhill - all from parties around the stuff
Comment by curiousbuild on Jun 13, 2016 11:06am
Welp.. $62CDN was sealed and signed according to you. . EH!

The buyout pumpers are a real joke, been pumping this for weeks and the buyout is always "on Monday". It's like the monkey who gets trapped by holding an apple through a hole in wooden box, they won't let the apple go.
