The main thing keeping the stock down is the growth by acquisition model, which is under assault. Also management has put them under a strategic review, which does not appear to be going all that well. Has a heavy debt load. Survivability is potentially at risk.

Who really knows at this point WillyWally, but its looks like it may have been a bulltrap to short at higher prices or longs looking to dump positions. Maybe these guys have access to paid research regular investors aren't privy to. Anyway, we'll figure it out in hindsight someday. Maybe the share transfer was a tell, hedging policy, maybe the loophole closing, gaap vs adjusted earnings ...more

He also said that Concordia is VERY VERY CHEAP BY ANY METRICS. That alone is a good enough fundamental reason to buy the equity since all equities return to their fair value at some point.
