Although there is a good chance nothing will come of it, it is interesting to note that the petiton for a second referendum is moving at over 2,000 signatures per minute.

I am sad to say I would take that offer. I still believe CXR is an excellent long term play, but I have reached the point where the volatilty and uncertanity is killing me, and I don't want to risk my investment to see where this company goes. I would take the lowball buyout and move on.

considering the consequences of the decision (financial as well as potential UK breakup), the closeness of the vote and considering the voter participation rate and bias by age, they really need to review all options including a mandatory vote similar to a census.
