Read for yourself

@billykenber parliament.uk/documents/comm…

looks pretty tame and insignificant.  This is going nowhere.

The 'sh!t's been hitting the fan' for quite some time, long enough (one day post 'Brexit' should've been a trigger)! Short Squeezes and buyouts have not come to fruition. Why stand in front of the fan, getting sh!t flung in your faces on a daily basis? Why the fight? It's one corporation, among many, to invest. The reality is you may not make up your 'CXR' ...more

Three back to back posts stacked nicely to make a point that is meant to sound rational but is painted with a false brush of truth. The pharma sector is way oversold and soon will see a major influx of monies as the market rotates out of overbought sectors and into oversold ones. CXR has been pulled down further than most in its space due to its small float and shorts enjoying an out of favour ...more

agree with most of what you said.  It may all be true but there is still dangers that the large debt and possible pricing regulation may present so the shorts case is not all fluff. Just be careful.  I continue to hold because it would be foolish to sell now without actually  knowing if the shorts are right. We have already paid the price of admission, why get up and leave before ...more

If I mistakenly paid admittance to an Adam Sandler film, I'd gladly walk out to watch Kurosawa.

I'm seeing signs of this in some broader health-care ETF's I follow. Not conclusive yet, but they are showing early patterns of exiting a bottom. These are less volatile holdings than CXR, however, for which the slightest hint of a rumour of scuttlebutt on hearsay about gossip over not-yet-news yanks the share price around like a terrier's chew toy. .

@SoFullofShitt ... Your post below attributes something to me that I did not write (the 2nd paragraph). If you did this deliberately, please do not do it again. If you did it inadvertently, you should have issued a correction immediately. .

Thanks, correction appreciated. I've made similar mistakes myself, thinking that all looked fine in the text box when I submitted the post.

Sofullofsht:  many keep pointing out the fact that there are cracks in the floor yet no one can point out these cracks.  Besides manageable debt and the misfortune of brexits effect on the pound, these cracks you point out are Chatter and not reality.
Comment by BuyingNow on Jul 17, 2016 6:32pm
I see now that the "floor" was meant to be a $40 floor to the share price and that was what cracked, but even if so, I think Roller is correct in that the debt is manageable.  The last disclosure statement made by the company in the form of a press release last week said they are paying the interest on the debt so nothing not to like and it clearly says there will be no breach of ...more

Trump or Clinton ???The least of my problems is, who will win US elections. Neither candidate will be able to push their agenda after taking office, Pre election promisses are just an hot air. Senate and the House will be split, ( Democratic/Republican ) or the other way around, Nothing will be done very quickly,  End of story

3 strikes:  Cxr product line unlike valeants has many competitors.  If you check you will see that their prices are actually in the middle of the other products available.  There are a few exceptions where there are no competitors as the markets these drugs serve are very small for other companies to introduce a drug into.  Understand that amco sells produces all over the world ...more

And untill the British politicians actually do something Cxr will sell to the NHS at cxr's prices.

I am new to the board, but totally agree with Roller.

Loopholes also get closed, they do not get reversed so any changes are prospective only. Given we are not trading at even a double digit multiple, that whole issue isn't even a crack for the shorts. It is rubbish.
