Clearly it is time to SELL.

BIG volume also. This hopefully will bottom at $18 and stay there for 3 months and move up.

I would suggest buying if it reaches $26.
Other than that, stay away.

BUY on the way up.

Forget about a 65US takeout.
Keep that in your dreams.
