How sure are these friggin shorts

For the two weeks ending JUly 15 the average daily volume was 195k shares which would total 1.95 mi shares of trading volume(x10 trading days)

Some of this volume is people going in and out.  A small chump like me probably accounted for 2k shares of this

The short position went up by 600k shares during this time which shows what an extreme bear raid this is.  I have never seen this in any other stock ive invested in and am not quite sure if its negative or positive going forward.

Hurndi:  example of shorts.    2 weeks ago rlyp got bought out with 18 million shares shorted of 44 million float.   This week appolo acquired a company with half its shares shorted.  Cxr shorts are up a lot of money already, once the announcement of the strategic review comes out there will be a major covering or a further slide in SP and then covering.   I'm ...more

I was more trying to highlight what percentage of the total volume was accounted for by additional short positions, especially when you take into account day traders going in and out during that time. Seems like there are no sellers from long positions and the shorts can only count on some disasterous news bailing them out. hope they get burned
