Yet another example it seems that MT is having a hard time just running the damn business. He wants to make up for his losses in CXR's stock by suing the guy ? I mean, even though there is some legitimacy to the lawsuit, why do shareholders even pay him that kind of salary if he's going to spend time in court instead of his office...If he wins, I hope he use that money to buy shares (not ...more

RBC ebitda forecast down to $570 mln. This year.  That equates to 5.8x D/Ebitda.
