Longs Better Hope that AMCo is Not

If AMCo is one of the four Drug Companies being Investigated For Generic Antitrust Issues and they failed to disclose it to investors then it will be a startling realization to the longs on this board that they should have paid attention to the shorts.   The Financial Times reported that there are four drug companies being investigated - they did not give the companies names.  And the FT has been really quiet lately - if they drop a bomg, then welcome to another -17% day. There was a put buyer in put optin contracts who paid $383,000  to bet on a price of 11.85 or less today.  Something is up and it doesn't sound like its going to be short squeezy headlines.  

And with a track record of Concordia's Kapway antitrust law suit (this one should ring a bell) I am siding with the shorts that there is a bomb about to explode in the United Kingdom.  Read about what they did with Kapway in August 2015:

Didn't Concordia Buy Kapway from Par? That's what I see when I google.  Where is the securities lawyer on this board to explain what this antitrust law suit against Concordia was about.  This is not Bloomberg rumour.. it is on other sites as well. ... Is this the same thing the "four companies" in the UK are being accused of and how do we find out if AMCo is one of them
