CXR vs. VRX
Now that Valeant has done such a great job in squeezing shorts, will Concordia do as good of a job? The key difference between these two companies now may well be Mark Thompson has lost all credibility and Joe Papa is gaining it.

I'm curious - What has Mark Thompson done to make him lose all credability? I believe he has delivered on everything he has said thus far? Q1 was good. If Q2 is good like promissed, then waht's the issue with credability at this stage?

The stock has lost 75% of its value and MT has done nothing to combat it.

Wow. Not sure I agree. I'm looking at VRX's EBITDA & EPS numbers and I'm shocked that he just reaffirmed. By that standard CXR could very well reaffirm. VRX EPS is at 39% of guidance and ADJ EBITDA is at 43%. I now think MT could possibly reaffirm. No way in hell CXR comes in under 43% of guided EBITDA.

Love VRX's earnings presentation PDF. Hope CXR can put something like that together.

Great reasoning there, considering it was VRX who was proved to be cooking the books. I don't see how MT has lost credibility when compared to the mess that is VRX.
