it's funny how 'adjusted' earnings can be right on track, yet actual 'gaap' earnings explode to the downside practically wiping out their 'adjusted' earnings from the past several years.

A week ago business was great and everything was on track as per the press release. How can people trust management now after this? I have never seen anything like this before. What other skeletons are lurking. If everything was "firing on all cylinders" and currency had natural hedges, how did the debt to ebitda target go fron 5.5 to 6.4?  anyone think longs can file a lawsuit ...more

Mgm't did I hedge the U.K. Cash flows.  That is factually correct.  Except they did not properly hedge their U.K. Exposure.  Too much U.S. $ debt.  Maybe why the CFO is gone!

Ceo had lots of time to file a $4 million personal lawsuit against Cohodes because his feelings were hurt, but no time to properly forecast his business or realise the competition is eating away his North American business?  I understand why Cohodes said he bets the jockey and not the horse now. This company is being destroyed.
