New

Hi folks...I'm new here but would like some serious advice please...I just sold my Vrx stock with a nice profit, hoping to do well with Cxr...On Monday do u think that the SP will continue downward or if it found its bottom...I looked at the Q2 earnings and honestly if it wasn't for a large impairment fee the company did not do so bad to warrant such a decrease in the SP! Any comments please...

Over reaction in my opinion, bought some shares around $13. Great value at these levels, trading a pretty much 1x current year Adj Ebitda and 1.5x earnings. Dividend being cut is good news in my opinion (I prefer they focus on paying down debt). CFO leaving is bad optics, but might not really mean all that much (I work for a successful company and senior executives leave all the time for better ...more

A 40% drop today wasn't justified in my opinion. The valuation is ridiculous - even if they only do $6 EPS for 2016, that gives it a current P/E multiple of 1.67... Find me a another company so undervalued, nothing even comes close. Nothing really indicates they are going out of business and CXR could be bought by a larger pharma company to a much larger premium to this share price. $13 s/p ...more

Yours, mine or anyone's individual opinion is not relevant in comparison to the collective wisdom and opinion of the market as a whole. The Market that has brought the share price from a 52-week high of $117 to $13 equivalent to 89% shareholder's value destruction. Look and listen to all the red flags and what The Market is telling us about them...on top of that the most important asset ...more

There is a lot of manipulation going on as well by hedge funds that have shorted/manipulaed this stock and has lead it to drop this low, this isn't just retail shareholders... while I agree this stock should be trading low, it still shouldn't be trading THIS low in my opinion. I think we're gonna see a lot more volatility, and its possible to see a 20-30% jump from these levels in the ...more

Its still a successful company making money. These share price would make it look like they are going bankrupt, which of course is possible, but still very unlikely I'd say. Management has a lot of skin in the game so I'd like to think they are doing what they can to get the share price up. The key word for here is valuation - and I know its not trading on fundamentals right now, but ...more
