No one will make money on this lawsuit, not even lawyers... my opinion is the company isn't at fault and all this noise is baseless, the best way to recover your loss is by buying some shares now before it's too late

Any time any stock falls big, these vultures circle.  More than anything it's just free advertising for their firm.  I've literally seen 0 of these cases ever proceed.  They just show up in a press release.

Depends. They seem to have their claws into CXR now. Biovail settled for 138M US. I think CXR will sell and settle, but who knows.
