LAVAL, Quebec -- Valeant Pharmaceuticals Corp. (Nasdaq: VRX) and Concordia Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: CRXR) on Thursday announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Valeant will acquire Concordia for $9.65 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.01 billion, inclusive of Concordia's net cash. I can not find this story on the internet.  Why is noone talking about it?  I assume the $9.65 is US funds.  Do shareholders vote on it and drive up price.  Will we get a short squeeze tomorrow?

You know a stock has reached a whole new level of bad when even the Onion starts making fun of it. Maybe MT can file another "hurt feelings" lawsuit against them instead of running the business. Lol
