Exactly.  I have a lower value but all we can do is guess. Then deduct US$3.2b for debt You then get a number (in your case) where the market cap would be in line with the net assets. mat

Cxr is worth zero.  They will have to pay take in more debt to pay someone to buy them.  Zero zero any minute now.
