just stated the facts...no big deal....premarket only show around $11.52 open....just 1.8% down from yesterday close.....they just said he sold half million shares on margin call and that he still owns alot of shares and has confidence in the company and more importantly...strategic alternatives continue....just a matter of time......hope to pick up some cheapies today....good luck longs
