Lesalpes, Oh No. That is not how class actions work.  You really should read up on some of these sites I have been posting.   There are no fees, it is contingent (you get a % of the settlement after lawyer takes his fees).  If unsuccessful in suit, lawyer gets nothing and class participants get nothing. So you don't have to give a PENNY to lawyers in these class actions.   ...more

Generic is correct....and if they go for punitive damages, it'll be more than peanuts.
