What are the chances we hear from management before Nov 10th

How long are they going to stay silent? This onslaught isn't going to stop until there is at least a piece of good news or maybe a few. Management continues its silence and the SP continues its rapid decline. We will soon be worth less than $400 millions USD. The silence is deafening.Amazing.

Knowledge...You are so right and I feel the same way...In fact 2 days ago I wrote Mr. Thompson an email urging him to be proactive and take a stand on defending the company...PLEASE everyone write emails to The CEO and CFO to get moving and do something for the shareholders who are left holding the bag of their non action....a Google Concordia contact and you'll see the email address...These ...more

Looking at Money Flow Index, Concordia Healthcare is heavily oversold and good news will propel price higher, possibly resulting in temporary short-squeeze. Only management's action can save Concordia. But, it doesn't seem they care.

I don't think CXR's silence is the problem here - I believe it's the lack of confidence the market has in Mark Thompson and other management figures..... In August, CXR provided a brief update on the company, reported their quarterly earnings results and conducted a conference call with analysts, announced a currency swap agreement, and informed the investment community that CEO Mark ...more

I posted about debt and assets; correlation; I haven't heard any common word that can tell me that it doesn't make sense: Summary from company history (below), in 2014 total value (assets-liab) was $257,550, stock price was $40;  Currently total value is $367,429 - stock price $9; In addition, if we remove impairment last column we see that net income was only -8 million, if ...more
