Director bought shares
Interesting... A director bought 115K shares in August.
It's both a good and bad news; means insiders have support in the company; bad - is there a black-out period?
Only sane comments...

Greatplay, Checked this out there was no insider purchases it is just a balance disclosure probably because he is getting ready to sell. If it was a buy it would say acquisition on the public market and at no place does it even say there was buying

Guys, I understand that you want Concordia go to $0, but it's a fact... On August 17, 2016, before transaction, director had 7165 shares, on closing of transaction August 26, 2016, he had 122500 shares. Call it whatever you want, but it's a fact; Director increased his positions within 2 weeks by 115,000+ shares As I said in the original post, please only sane replies...

So you are saying that the shorts have been lucky for the last eight months and their luck is about to run out? What makes you think that? It appears that you can't even read an insider Balance of Share Disclosure report and post false information and say that an insider is buying shares. Dude, you must be really desparate or just plain [insert right language here].

I will not comment anymore on basic facts. Just for kids. On August 17, John had 3 apples On August 24, John has 1003 apples How many more apples John got between August 17 and 24?
