Time to bail

I got in only a week ago thinking what a bargain and now I realize this company looks like it's toast.  The fact that nobody in managment is willing to defend the company while it's losing 5 to 10% a day is a disgrace.  The CEO should be fired immediately.  Regardless Im taking my loss and moving on.  Never even got one green day in the past week.  It's only gonna be worse tomorrow sadly.  What makes me sick is how many analysts on BNN were recommending this company less than six months ago.

Thats a stupid thing to do...loses are only paper ..yes you can sell and buy back cheaper, but that when you see a halt and shares have been taken out....then what????? you could sell some and play with a position to recover lost funds...Personally with my experience averaging down will work much better and only sell when you get what you wanted when you made that investment.

You wouldn't seriously take the advise of a TALKING-HEAD on BNN???  That was when they were  bailing out, if they hadn't already. Look at P&F, this pig has a LONG TAIL DOWN ........  now you need at least three positive days in a row before an up-trend is confirmed. Seriously,  BNN?  wow

In my opinion it's not time to bail assuming that you did not put your life savings into this. It won't take much to turn things around. An announcement to replace MT or that upcoming guidance is on track and there would be a significant reversal.  I fully expect an announcement stating that the are delaying 50% of the earn in payments and that CRX will be paying out for ...more

Stockman: all your points were also strongly valid at $25, $18, $12, $10.  We are at 50% downside from the $12 level where it settled in after few days of earnings which was 50% from aug11 the pre earning day.  Never have I seen a stock perform so poorly on a consistent basis without even one day in the green.  Everything that could go wrong here, did.

I agree, but buying 1000 shares at $25 and holding to $6.49 you would have lost $18,510 but in not selling 1000 shares today you could save $6,490 if CXR goes to zero which in my opinion is unlikely or less likely than it going higher. It is very very rare for a stock to drop this far this fast without any type of recovery.  Definitely feel bad for longs who have held on through the decline ...more

What do you expect the company to say that they have not already said?  It is losing the 5+-% per day on absolutely no news  and low volume meaning it is mainly the public bailing, not the institutions.  The shorts love this as management cannot give any updates on the strategic review, etc. The shorts have been correct that the price is going down.  But, that could (and should ...more

you really do not expect Mcreath to ask most of these questions do you?  Or the analysts on the conference call?   Any chance you asked can ask any of these questions on the conference call?  Or emailing the company

I don't expect MT to give any big news on BNN, but he will likely defend the company and talk about the positives going forward. Personally I don't expect a big effect on the stock price from the BNN appearance because it's hard to believe the good news / positive spin on what's transpired to date and unlikely he would be providing bad news.
