Greatplay the news was out 1.00 pm i think the shares did tank from that, but the market has been brutal today, might continue tomorrow...

where did you see it at 1pm? on twitter 1hour ago, not 1pm; but I'm sure somebody knew it; I believe he attends medical conference in London and roaster for the conference was released with Mark Thomson name within it, so the information leaked to right people and they knew that he won't attend the interview.

You are obviously not on the same timezone as she is.  Her tweet was at 1.09 ET  so that means her tweet was 51 minutes before market closed today.  Therefore, people knew he wouldn't show up probably because they know that he would have been questioned about things that he doesn't want to talk about.  Travel is not an accepible excuse.  He could move up the

Fundtrade: wrong about the time of the tweet. It was 4.09 pm after market close.  Looks like they used bnn again to pad their pockets.  Shame.
