Market cap now is 275 million US$....company is for sale for pocket change...If I were Blackstone I'd grab this beauty for almost the cash and receivables on hand!!!

Because they owe most of the cash to Cinven by the end of this month. If they defer half the payment, they'll be paying interest and it will confirm things aren't as rosy as they painted the picture to be. All the pumpers claiming how cheap it is, leave out the fact of the massive high interest debt. Most of the companies ebitda goes against interest payments as it is and if fines and more ...more

Comparing cash to market cap is not a good metric at all but I can see why people do this. Don't make the mistake of just looking at the market cap.  Market cap is what shareholders own, you need to add the people ahead of the shareholders in the "pecking order" and that is the debt owners.
