BB extremely tight, so agian all heck is about to break-out CXR

Rich trader, I posted Friday after close this unusual trading pattern for the last hour or so with almost no movement in the SP and no one has really gave me any explanation for it.  Almost 3 million shares moved within a five pennies range.   Defenite control but why.  Some outside this board suspect short covering and the date of sept 16 makes this fall in the next short report

Looks like MM doing arbritrage to me while they level their books. Look at CXR vs CXRX. Why would short cover here???  Give me a single reason.  This is a great short!
