Real value calculation on market fundamentals

525 million ebidita 10 - debt / 51 million shares = 39 $ us a share...this is discounted rate.. Teva bought generic business for 14 ebidita...most of the other deals done recently are all in the 12 to 14x ebidita... of you even take out a 30% risk premium , you end up with 29$ us a share....

So Teva Allergen is going to kick butt on the brand names I guess?  Hope you're shorting with arguments like that.  Sounds ultra bearish to me if you know that the solution to price gouging is competition.  Both Clinton and Trump love competition... Pharma buying pharma to complete against banksters "playing" with themselves here with old, obsolete, "legacy" ...more
