Even if we don't get news i expect, the end of quarter bias for losers should be amped to the max. Value and small cap managers with no debt to ebitda restrictions who took a stab at this thing a month ago are now put in a position of A. Showing a new position with a 50-70% loss in a month B. Dumping the life out of this stock before the end of September so it doesn't show on a client ...more

I expect the CMA will have their teeth in this ragdoll shortly due to enormous political and public pressure. The politicians want to be re-elected and the public have pitchforks. I also expect they will draw on their revolver. If this happens, everything is off the table. No one will believe guidance and you can stick a fork in this earlier than even i thought. That actually makes sense Lattice. Thanks for clarifying. I read a comment from Bruce Campbell on stockchase.com earlier and he said you have to be concerned the company has negative equity. if they are actually using a 30 year period, book value is probably negative given the debt and lack of quality in the assets. My bad.
