Has there been any disclosure on who owns the loan for share

The company disclosed after the fact in August that over 2M shares worth about how much when the "deal" was done?

We also know that the "surprise" August margin call was a surprise to all of us outsiders, along with the "surprise" misguidance last quarter with the "surprise" write off of Covis old pills.

Who owns the loan.  The shorties want to trigger it.  Did they trigger it at $5 USD or $4.50 USD?

I love these big market games.  It's the best "games" to play.  High stakes for nice steaks... Just don't become the meat!  ;-)  LOL

I wish it was that simple Patenright11, but i think it is far more complictaed and involves possible Cinven shares or someone who pledged them to effect this short attack.
