Might be a good idea to check out insider filings. Mark Thompson has alot less shares by the look of it, surprised the well researched shorts have not already brought this up.

This is worst than a horror story. It's one thing to shuffle insider stocks around, another thing to have a substantional transformitive insider sale during a blackout period but the lact of disclosre should get someone in front of the SEC and OSC fast otherwise, let's shut down the markets. I submitted my info to a few firms who I thought were representing Canadians and one replied back that unfortunately there is no litigation taking place on the Canadian side at this time. Forget Canada, who needs security laws up here anyways...
