Reshorting in the $6.10s - here's why

Well.... I had a chance to look at this burning dumpster with some fresh eyes.  I love being on the sidelines. When you have no position, you can get a clearer view and a better idea what to do with your cash (minus the $7-10 cost of the trades which is nothing)

1. The Senior Secure Notes are for a company take over.  Effectively, the banksters on this one are selling the company to a few select few.  Again, 'the street" bends over the little guys and rams it to us (well, not me, but "us" as regular investors).

2. There is no way this company can meet its obligations to Cinven so Cinven will reclaim AMCo who has NOT been Deeded to Concordia yet.  Research that guys.  That's one of the many "elephants in the room".  Look up the cotnracts, look up UK laws and it's clear, Cinven is not a leading EU PE fund for nothing.  Smart cookies those guys with the funny accent! :-)  LOL

3. No serious or intelligent fund will touch the shares or bonds on this since they are worthless. All the non AMCo assets will be owned by the "street connected" new Senior Notes holders. Cinven after reclaiming AMCo by February 2017 for non-payment, will get AMCo back debt free. And all the bond holders and shareholders will get flushed down the toilet on proceedings.

Now, I agree the above is a best case scenario but I felt like providing the most probably outcome here.  Could be that the Senior superior Notes don't sell but knowing the market players, it will be a "huge success" for the market connected guys.

Now, can the Top Clown pull another smelly rabbit out of the hat?  Maybe but the magic tricks aren't fooling anyone it seems. Volume is dead and stock has started to downtrend again. Heading right back into the $5s....

2bit traders, please provide some more entertainment here.  This is so freaking sad, I WANT TO SEE YOU DANCE!!!!  LOL ;-)
