Insiders have not been able to buy or sell for months because of the blackout period tied to the strategic review. Thompson's forced sale because of a margin call does not qualify as insider selling as your post suggests. He could not meet the margin call under securities laws. Had he done so,

I agree. The "fabrication" here is this "smoke and mirror" strategic review.  Didn't they admit not to finding a suitor so isn't the the blackout period is over?  As well, the insider sales are real.  Look them up yourself lumberfever. There are so many lose ends with disclosures on this company.  No wonder it's a shorter's dream investment!
